Backbone was entrusted with the redesign of Data Communication’s new website and tasked with the challenge of creating a digital platform that would transform their customer experience. Given the client’s diverse target audience, derived from a variety of market segments with very specific online needs, we had to ensure a tailored & personalized experience for each user group from a single digital location.
The redesign goal was to increase targeted website traffic, generate more leads online and in turn boost conversions and online revenues.
