VOU is a real estate project located in the business heart of Bogota in Colombia. This co-living lifestyle property aligns with its global trendsetter counterparts as providing home, community, well-being, work, and entertainment all under one roof. As a sustainable urban renewal project, VOU also aims to positively impact its city and community.
Client Goals
VOU’s expected growth was stalled by the Covid pandemic in 2020; they came to BACKBONE looking for solutions relative to how they can boost their online sales and move quickly in selling their remaining properties.
Opportunities and challenges
This co-living property is a building of elegant, avant-garde architecture; its lifestyle concept has been curated to compliment the lives of global professionals looking to experience ease of living, high quality amenities, and a sense of community.
BACKBONE was posed with the challenge of developing a digital system that accurately communicated all of the individual and communal property offerings, provided automated scheduling, functioned as a sales platform, and reflected VOU’s unique culture and brand.
The strategy
Using Expresia, our proprietary DXP, BACKBONE developed a website that offers its visitors virtual tours of each apartment, an interactive map of the available apartments by floor, and automated appointment scheduling, all within a refined, user-friendly and brand aligned design.
For the VOU team, our CMS implementations allow for a high level of content customization, direct and hassle-free integrations with several other platforms, and the secure storage of large amounts of customer information without delay or failure in the system.
The result
BACKBONE continues to work hand-in-hand with the VOU team. A brand new website, coupled with the successful implementation of our marketing solutions - including campaign execution, email marketing and social media management - has facilitated VOU’s 40% increase in sales in just 6 months.
