From content overload to a structured academic platform

Alba Business School, part of The American College of Greece, required a complete redesign of its website and migration into the existing Expresia Digital Experience Platform ecosystem. The goal was not just visual renewal, but operational alignment with the broader ACG digital infrastructure while supporting Alba’s distinct academic identity.

The Challenge

The website had to communicate academic credibility while supporting aggressive growth plans, including the rollout of more than 20 new programs within a year. At the same time, the structure of degrees, courses, and tuition models was expected to change frequently, creating operational pressure on the marketing and admissions teams. Alba’s existing website had grown organically over time, resulting in thousands of pages, multiple external systems, and fragmented content management workflows.

Our Approach

We began with a deep discovery phase to understand Alba’s academic structure, target audiences, internal workflows, and long term growth plans. This allowed us to redesign the website architecture around real user journeys, from prospective students to faculty, alumni, and executive education audiences. Rather than treating the website as a static marketing surface, we approached it as a digital product. One that needed strong foundations, flexible content models, and intelligent systems behind the scenes. The new website was designed and built within the Expresia DXP environment, ensuring consistency across ACG properties while allowing Alba to operate independently through custom workflows.
