Modulus, a leading Greek telecommunications company specializing in VoIP and cloud communications, partnered with Backbone to transform its digital presence into a performance-driven growth platform. With ambitions to become the leading alternative telecom provider in Greece, Modulus required more than a visual refresh. They needed a system built for clarity, scale, and measurable business impact.

The Challenge

The new platform needed to serve small business owners, IT managers, enterprise decision-makers, partners, and prospective employees, all while simplifying navigation and strengthening conversion paths.

Beyond experience design, the website had to integrate with Hubspot CRM for lead management, connect to internal ERP systems for dynamic pricing, improve SEO performance, and provide internal teams with full content autonomy.
